The CLOCKSS Archive is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the Indiana University Mathematics Journal to preserve their ejournal in CLOCKSS’s geographically and geopolitically distributed network of redundant archive nodes, located at 12 major research libraries around the world. By archiving with CLOCKSS, the Indiana University Mathematics Journal has committed to the preservation of their ejournal. This action provides for content to be freely available to everyone after a “trigger event” and ensures an author’s work will be maximally accessible and useful over time.
Sara Walbridge of the Indiana University Mathematics Journal states “Our association with CLOCKSS extends our commitment to ensuring that the content we publish will always be available to the mathematics community. We feel that it is a benefit that, should a catastrophic event prevent us from publishing the Journal, our literature will still be available to the community at no additional cost.”
