As part of our ongoing commitment to preserving the diversity of communities, languages, and regions, we have developed a focused strategy aimed at building as diverse a collection as possible. This strategy outlines specific, actionable steps to achieve greater inclusivity in our preservation efforts. In May 2024, we presented our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy to our board members, highlighting our concrete plans to expand and enrich our collections to better reflect global diversity.
