We conducted a thorough analysis of our collection to assess its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) profile, with a focus on identifying gaps in representation across regions, languages, and disciplines and presented it at the Counsil of Australian University Libraries (CAUL) meeting in August 2024. By leveraging advanced analytics, we were able to gain insights into which communities, subjects, and voices were underrepresented in our archives. These findings informed our DEI-driven archival and preservation strategy, allowing us to take proactive steps to diversify our collections.
