The CLOCKSS Archive is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Library & Learning Services, University of North Hampton to preserve Enhancing the Learner Experience Higher Education in CLOCKSS’s geographically and geopolitically distributed network of redundant archive nodes, located at 12 major research libraries around the world. This action provides for content to be freely available to everyone after a “trigger event” and ensures an author’s work will be maximally accessible and useful over time.
CLOCKSS Executive Director Randy S. Kiefer adds, “By archiving with CLOCKSS, Library & Learning Services -University of North Hampton has ensured that the scholarship in their publications will be available for a worldwide audience now and in the future in a manner that secures them for the long-term good of scholars.”
About: Enhancing the Learner Experience in Higher Education is an international, peer-reviewed academic e-journal published twice yearly, enthusiastically addressing the challenge of enhancing learning in Higher Education. The journal seeks to explore innovations which impact on student learning, and to share effective practice across different contexts. It aims to enhance the student experience of learning by an engaged commitment to the student voice. Enhancing the Learner Experience in Higher Education thus has a unique mission. It aims to bring together a developing body of pedagogic research investigating the theories and practices associated with learning opportunities (in their broadest interpretation) in HE, with an emerging interest in the learner experience as elicited through the student voice.
